You will be charmed by the innovative design and clean lines of this environment-friendly kitchen installed in our Nepean showroom. The cabinets are built using Nu Green particle board with no added urea formaldehyde and finished with a water-based varnish for a healthy environment free of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions. The centre panels of the Enviro Style doors are made entirely out of recycled agricultural fibres. A few accents in bamboo, a readily renewable resource, spice up the décor. The natural beauty, durability and easy-care properties of the Zodiaq quartz countertop are pleasing enhancements.
Today’s trends are based on sustainable, renewable, environment-friendly materials. The bamboo kitchen on display in our Gatineau (Hull) showroom, addresses this concern to perfection.
 
The bold commingling of colour scheme and materials is a sign of the concept’s contemporary originality. In striking green, the “Apple Martini” quartz counter (left) and wall energize the area. The metal frame around the glass door matches the brushed aluminum base and backsplash, while the “Stone Grey” countertop provides a harmonious contrast to the bamboo cabinets.
 
Volumes are organized playfully: thick shelves crisscross as they climb the corner walls; although most of the handles and doors are set horizontally in the direction of the bamboo grain, two handles and one door stand impishly upright!

In this all-white-surround kitchen, pride of place is given to a monumental 4’ x 8’ DarkChocolate island. This unequivocally contemporary kitchen relies on clean, refined lines, Shaker doors, simple mouldings and stainless steel appliances. A textured pebbled backsplash and ornamental Giallo granite add warmth to the setting, making it a relaxing area where life takes place.

This bold kitchen has turned many a head since it was set up in our Gatineau (Masson-Angers) showroom in 2002. Still attuned to the times, the texture of the black-stained ash provides contrast for the smooth finish of the stainless steel cooking console. Small glass doors above the lower V-grooved Shaker-style doors energize the layout. A shelf 2 inches thick placed on top of the upper cupboards serves as head moulding.
